Request a size exchange within seven days of delivery. The dress must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and returned in its original condition. Final-sale or visibly worn items cannot be exchanged.
For a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos so we can put it right.
We use the contact and delivery information you provide to fulfil orders, provide support and—only when you agree—send drop, restock or saved-bag updates. We do not sell customer data.
Uploaded review photos are moderated before publication. Ask us to remove a review, unsubscribe an email or close a WhatsApp follow-up at any time.
An order is confirmed after Wearelse accepts it on WhatsApp or through a future verified payment confirmation. Product colours can vary slightly by screen and hand-finished details may vary naturally.
